Pauline has raised over $40 million in grant funding at various institutions in the Boston and Seattle areas including Boston Medical Center, Tufts University, Lutheran Community Services Northwest and Bethany of the Northwest. 

As a fund developer, marketing professional and proposal manager in the private sector, Pauline secured over $35 million in funding for healthcare, technology and information management projects for companies such as SAP Concur, Delta Dental, and Iron Mountain.

Pauline has taught writing and communications courses at the Massachusetts School of Law, Emmanuel College, the University of Massachusetts, the Boston Center for Adult Education and Aeronautic Joint Apprenticeship Committee Training School (AJAC). Additionally, she has been a speaker at regional and national conferences, wrote a blog for the Corporate Giving Network, and continues to consult and secure funding for non-profits serving BIPOC, women, at-risk youth, and other underserved populations.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Rhetoric from the State University of New York at Binghamton (now Binghamton University) and a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.

She most recently served as Director of Resource Development at Housing Hope, a multi-agency regional non-profit, providing housing, wrap-around services, training and workforce development.
